SECTION 2: WORKERS’ CODE OF BEHAVIOR
Article 4. For project beneficiaries.
With all our warm hearts, understanding and compassion, we respect and dedicate ourselves to the Beneficiary. We need to love them, support them, share their joys and sorrows with them, regardless of their race, class, religious tradition or thought orientation.
We do this on behalf of the benefactors and sponsors to do this with a non-discriminatory, non-discriminatory mind. Even if the Beneficiary does not have access to a good education, does not have good morals or high culture, we may face unpleasant situations, we still cherish them, accept them.
We will have to base on the criteria as a measure when approving supporting projects. However, we do not work dry, but we stand with the applicant, dedicatedly completing the procedure to help them to be able to disburse as quickly as possible.
We not only stop at performing material tasks such as giving items and money, but we also carry in ourselves a nobler mission of “Sowing love” to spread warmth. The blood of youth, the kindness of the doctor and the beauty of giving to the community.
Article 5. For benefactors, sponsors.
- Benefactors and sponsors have authorized us to act as a bridge to transfer money and items to people in areas with material shortages and areas where life is still difficult. We are honored and proud to be trusted to carry out this mission. We must appreciate the money and items of the benefactor, because it not only has material value but also has a very spiritual spiritual value . It is an expression of immense compassion and unconditional love for fellow citizens. Although not visible to the naked eye, kindness is a precious jewel that we are fortunate to be the carrier. A small number of philanthropists, benefactors besides kindness want to give away material money, they still want to promote their image, want to be famous in charity work. They may have additional requirements such as filming and taking pictures… Sometimes they tell the truth, exaggerate about their charitable activities or contributions to promote their image to society. In these cases we should be careful to calmly communicate closely. Maybe their kindness, even if it hasn’t been fully expressed, even if it’s only fleeting and small, is still a good seed, so that it can grow in the future.
- Many benefactors have the thought of making voluntary contributions to accumulate merit for the future. No matter what the motivation for charity, we still need to bow our heads to philanthropic contributions. Sometimes benefactors make a donation with a condition that allows them to spread their religion. For example, donating items that are useful to the poor, but with the image of the supreme being in the benefactor’s religious faith. Although we deeply respect everyone’s hearts and religious beliefs, we still have to be careful to refuse and guide benefactors to find appropriate religious organizations such as temples and churches to donate items bearing gifts. religious images. The Sow Love Journey Fund is not a religious organization, and does not practice religious propaganda.
Article 6. For partners and other charitable organizations
The Fund’s project wants to achieve success, we not only operate alone but often have partners working together to implement the project. Partners can be governments, mass organizations such as the Youth Union, Women’s Union or religious organizations such as temples, churches …
We agree on the terms of cooperation with our partners in writing before working on the project together. Partners may want to volunteer but do not know how to do it correctly and effectively. The more transparent the text of the cooperation agreement, the clearer the cooperation, the less obstacles to implementation. The written agreement also needs to mention the case of suspending the project in the event of a serious breach of the agreement by the partner, because we have an obligation to properly use the contributor’s items or money. During the project implementation, we regularly communicate, check, remind to avoid obstacles to the project.
For other charities, whether small groups or large organizations, we must bow our heads in respect and find ways to share, support and cooperate with them. We practice very well how to break the inferiority complex to easily share with everyone.
Article 7. For colleagues and superiors.
The members of the Fund are conscious of strictly observing the laws and regulations of the Fund.
With superiors, they must respect and obey the assignment in work and unexpected tasks.
With colleagues must love, harmony, solidarity together to build a strong team to successfully complete the tasks assigned by the Management Board and the Executive Board.
We need to listen to conflicting opinions within the Fund objectively, calmly consider, weigh right and wrong when making arguments. We can reserve our opinions but must abide by the final decision of a higher authority, as outlined in the Authority to Approve document.
The Foundation will organize joint activities to build team spirit. If there are still problems in thinking, we all boldly speak out our thoughts in the spirit of solidarity to build a strong team.
Article 8. For comments from the community.
Our foundation is an open and transparent organization. We need to listen to the comments of the community. Find out the cause and remedy the positive contributions to the Fund contributing to the improvement of its organizational structure. We sincerely want to do better work, want to correct mistakes if there are mistakes.
